Honey waited until most of the group had reacted, going after their respective targets, before choosing to focus on the female knight in copper armor. By comparison, this person was unlikely to see the changeling as a threat. Honey had no armor or weapons, only her beast-like form, and her claws were built for climbing—they could do a decent amount of damage, but they were not built like a predatory creature’s. Honey had dense, powerful muscles, but one would be inclined to think this would mean nothing to someone wearing heavy suit of armor. She took several steps towards her, the motion being sufficient to get this individual’s attention.

Gotta be careful with this one, She thought, as she moved the plant she was holding in her left hand over to her shoulder, where the tendril-like roots snaked into her fur and gripped onto it. She would need both hands for this. She clicked her tongue, ears twitching around, and she got a good idea of where everything was. She did not ignore anyone else around her, but most important was how far away this copper knight was. Honey’s tail twitched at its tip, and the muscles in it tensed, prepared for movement. Her mane stood on end, and she bared her teeth.

She’ll charge with the shield, probably, she thought. Use it like a ram to knock me down, and stab me once I’m on the ground. That would be an ideal move for someone with those things. A shield would prevent my claws from even reaching her.

Honey spread her arms like she was prepared to run at the woman, but as her hands went back, the palms went flat and the fingertips curled up.

Timing is everything.

The mage was flung back due to how much force was applied to her chest. When her rib cage audibly shattered, a black sludge shot from all ten tips her fingers, probably as a failed attempt to defend herself; there was no way she could have reacted in time. The sludge flew in all directions, and would coat nearly everything in a 10 foot radius. The bullets that Marsh had shot also made contact with the mage, causing blood to spew as well as the sludge.

Vanguard picked up his sword and assessed the situation. Without a second of time passing he had already finished, and decided to charge at Marsh. As he approached him, the overwhelming presence became stronger, as if it was radiating from Vanguard. Hopefully it was enough to intimidate Marsh, and maybe cause some hesitation.

The nine foot tall man took a step towards Idgo, "You don't want to tussle, metal man? Then maybe your friend does." He grabbed Snail and held him up by the tentacles.

Snail shouted, though it wasn't very loud, "Unhand me you armored cretin! I do say, if you don't put me down right this very instant, I will slap you really fast and really hard- Until you are dead!" Snail then used the tentacles that weren't being manhandled to slap the man many times, though it didn't seem to hurt him at all.

The woman with the AK aimed the gun at Goose. She yelled at him in an unusually manly voice, "Eat lead, ****er!" As she fired her weapon, the bullets didn't hit anyone, but instead were brushed aside by Goose's telekinetic powers.

Petri emerged from his indentation within the mage's crushed ribcage, his front slightly stained with blood. Using his all around vision, he quickly took stock of the parts of the battlefield that he hadn't been able to see from his previous position.

His attention rested on the woman with the assault rifle as she let loose with a spray of bullets at Goose. He was familiar with this weapon, having seen it in action before. It's rounds were more than capable of breaking chunks off of him, and furthermore, were it not for Goose she would be able to easily kill the people in the group that he had come to like this far.

So he accelerated again, but this time he began heating himself. He knew that he wouldn't be anywhere close to damaging temperature by the time he hit his target, but he needed to get the process started for later on.
In a similar manner to his first attack, he rapidly covered the twenty five feet between himself and the woman with the AK-47, aiming to smash into her side right in the ribs, covering the distance in a little over a half second to arrive at 61.08 miles per hour.

"'Tussle,' I fail to understand, yet thou'st speaketh the truth if thou'st sayeth that I am not looking for a fight--"

Idgó's eyespot flickered into a wide, attentive circle as the large, armored being grabbed Snail in his humongous hand, and held him before Idgó tauntingly. To Snail's credit, he tried to put up a fight, though of course his soft body did absolutely nothing to the steel hide of his captor.

At this, Idgó could only take a step back in momentary shock - indeed, it was a little early to be having a crisis of faith in the inherent goodness of people. Idly, Idgó recalled the words that his new friend, Kumori, had told to him only moments before - "return." Return to safety, run away to hide in your bubble.
B͈͈͖͍̮̜̬̭͍̝̲̤̲̳͙̘̞̕͟ͅU̜̼̻̮̯͎̜̼̭͎̻͇͘͟T̝̥͈͖̝̯̯̺̙̕͘ ҉̝̤̲̗̦̺͓̯̤͚̭͖̘̞̫͇̤̩̕A̸̵̻̫̘̗̻͈̦͙̠̳̮̰̝͇̣ ̢̝͖͖̹͎̘͉͈͎̯͞ͅW̶͙̻̥͕̗̻̻̝̩̖͜͡E̛͏̨̡̞̗͔̬̝̰̝A͟͢͏̢͙̳̮͔͖K̴͙̬͓̼͍̳̀̀Ļ̡͓̝̬̻̱̖̯̫̫̠͈̦̝̭́͝͡I̴̢̜̼̪͈̬͘͡Ṇ̱̰̗̬̠̗͚̩͉̥͕̻͍͎̠͙̰̕͜ͅG҉̴͡҉̫̣͖̳̜̻̟̩̥͚͔͕̜̙ ̵̵̤̤͈̯̹̳͕̲̻͇͔̀͜͝T̵̨҉̦̼͈̰̪͎͇̜͓̻͠ͅH̴̷̢͇͓̥̤̞͚͝O̵̧̤̼̮̥̟͘U̪̘̟͈̣͓̜̰͉̟̳̱͘͠ AR̷̖͓̳̹̠̟̟͇̬̣͓͢͢͜͡T̛̫̤̝̠͙̝̣̦͎̞͇̠̳͉̰̀͞ ̴̸̣̗̜͓̞̗̰́̕͠ͅN͘͞͏͙͎̙͉͟Ò̵̸̷̴̖̟͖͕̮̪̹̦̯̱̩̯T̵͖͔͉͔̰̺̤̱̗̟̘̣͚̦̩͓̭̹
No, Idgó knew he was above that.

"If it would please thee - I myself am very resistant to damage," Idgó attempted to reason, voice incredibly level in spite of the situation. "Why must thou wasteth time hurting others? Kill me you cannot, of that I am most certain." The battle merely intensified around him as his eyespot flickered back into the happy upwards crescent, as if Idgó was truly getting somewhere with this attempt at diplomacy.

“Ally Idgó…”

Kumori's face darkened. This was quite the situation, indeed. While he assured that he was incapable of dying, the mere mention of death brought something out of her.

There was no need for hesitation. Another - the being who resembled a familiar sea creature - was in danger, as well.

Popping the shield off in its most expanded state, Kumori sat behind it as cover and set her sword-rifle mix's ammo to ice. Perhaps this was a dishonorable plan to try to pull off, though her opponents had no regard for honor. Who could attack someone who wasn't even armed? More importantly, why attack the group as a whole because of guilt by association?

Questions could be answered later. With her rifle ready to go, she poked up and focused her aim on the helm’s openings for the eyes. One couldn't fight easily when they couldn't see, and the ice would form over the holes that granted him vision...

With a press of a trigger and the reunion of her compacting shield to her arm, Kumori blurred forth, her rifle shifting to its blade form.

Marsh knew his shot would connect. He wasn't a show general who sat behind a desk, he was a crackshot to back up his status. He would have to find a way to communicate his thanks to the stone, its forceful strikes working well with his revolver shot. Just as he noticed the stone start to shoot towards the woman with the primitive rifle, he noticed the ornery and clunky-dressed knight charge towards him. The....force he felt, increasingly more annoying than it was before, as if telling him to disarm and allow the greatsword to slice in him in two.

He was an excellent tactician, someone that could have the fate of his people resting on his shoulders and he could spit in pressure's face. With a keen eye, he saw the golden rifle glistening in the sand, left behind by Dorado. He rolled away hastily in the sand, making his way to it. Pulling the somewhat heavy rifle from its resting place, he took aim and fired towards its legs. Hopefully Dorado's people were strong enough to produce something of high caliber in this situation.

Vanguard's leg suddenly burst into nothing as it disintegrated. His foot flopped on the ground, completely severed from his body. He tripped and fell over, dropping his sword. After the initial boom from the gun had faded, Vanguard was left on the ground, writhing in pain. He gripped the lower part of his left thigh. Everything lower than the top of his knee was completely gone. It almost sounded like he was crying.

The woman dropped the AK as she was shot sideways. Her ribs were most likely broken; the menacing thud supported that. She fell onto the sand, gasping for air. She struggled to curse at Petri, "D-oh, motherf-"

The nine foot man almost laughed at Idgo, but didn't have enough time, as the ice shot right through the slits of his helmet. He dropped snail and recoiled. He tried to reach through the slits, but his fingers were too fat. He took off his helmet and slammed it on the ground, then scratched at his eyes furiously.

The knight in copper-tinted armor acknowledged Honey. She whacked her sword on her targe, and charged.

Right where I want you, Honey thought, as the copper-clad knight began doing exactly as she had predicted, charging with her shield. The closer she got, it was apparent that it was built for that use; a smaller, rounded shield that was light enough to lift with one hand, and useful as a weapon even if the sword was lost. Unfortunately, this was only the case if you could keep the shield between yourself and the enemy. What happened when your shield suddenly became a threat to your own person?

Now!

Honey reacted when the woman was close enough. Her tail lashed onto the ground and she jumped, and her hands and feet connected with the upper part of the shield, sticking to its surface like a reptile. The force sent the woman stumbling backward, but Honey was not done yet. She kicked off the top of the shield, which would make its bottom end come out and likely hit the knight in the stomach unless she let go of it, although even if she did not, it was likely to wrench out of her hand. She grabbed the woman by her shoulders, and kicked back at the shield again. She needed to get the thing away from her opponent.

There was a risk the sword would remain a threat, but Honey would react accordingly if this opponent still had it. It was also possible for her to let go of it in shock, which meant this enemy would be completely helpless. The main thing Honey wanted was for this enemy to be on the ground.

In the distance away from all the commotion, Dorado hid behind a tree. He heard the distinct sound of his weapon firing and winced. Slowly he slid to the ground and covered his ears. At least the rifle had come in handy to someone. That was better than having it in his possession.

You should go back and help them, said the Hero in his Head™️.

Dorado frowned. “No I shouldn’t. I’ll just get in the way, or—or worse.” He peeked out from behind the tree to watch the fight. So far it looked as if everyone was doing just fine without him. The pale guy that had insulted him earlier had his rifle, and it looked like at least three of the combatants were already dealt with. “See?” he said. “I—I can’t and—and I shouldn’t.” He buried his face in his hands and hoped it would be over soon.

Coward.

“Apologies of the highest sincerity!”

Kumori winced as she swung her blade and bolted forward. The thought of harming another sentient disturbed her to her core, though it was a necessary action. After striking the now unarmored head of the knight, she kept space between her opponent and allies with her shield. “Adversaries, kindly cease these assaults of yours. Unpleasant it is to have to do this - halt, please!”

A big chuck of the nine foot knight's head was cleaved off by the katana. It fell off and landed near Snail, with the rest of the metal clad giant falling backwards, the opposite direction of Snail.

Roach still held his spear in his hand, defensively standing behind Goose. He noticed how the truths were simply getting demolished. These summoned... They didn't hold anything back.

Goose lowered the field and laughed at the truths that were on the sand, struggling for their lives, "Hot damn! We got a good set today!"

The knight in copper armor dropped her shield as well as her sword. She stumbled backwards but quickly regained her balance. That was when she heard Vanguard scream at her, "Axis! You're outnumbered! Fall back!" Axis backed up away from Honey as well as the rest. She was still tense, noticing everyone but her was down for the count. She then turned and ran from the summoned.

Vanguard curled up into a fetal position, his blood quickly depleting from his body and soaking into the sand. The overwhelming aura that came from him slowly dissipated to about the same level as Roach's aura. He glanced over at the others. Alexi had suffocated to death due to both of her lungs being punctured, Judas slowly became devoured by her own toxic sludge and Lady had a quarter of his head lobbed off.

Goose sauntered over towards Vanguard crouched down next to him, "When ya get back to your Truth, tell her I said, **** you!"

Goose got up and motioned to Petri, "Finish him off if you want, rocky."

Petri moved from his embedded location in the woman's ribs whom he had just impacted, continuing to maintain his heating up process as he did so. He was pleased that none of his companions had been injured at all really, and these enemies had been fairly easily dealt with. He therefore merely hovered above the woman as Goose spoke to Vanguard, who had ordered his troops retreat.

He considered the invitation from Goose, as his attention focused on this knight who had attacked him. Settling on his course of action, he hovered for a moment, as his surface became yellow-orange in color and his form turned into liquid, suspended in midair in a spheroid shape, evaporating the blood on his front with a sizzle. This form then accelerated right at Vanguard's head, impacting with the force of a solid rock (due to the lava's density) at 2500 degrees Fahrenheit.

The tall being in armor was struck down brutally. Idgó could do nothing but watch the sudden appearance of ice around his eyes instigated by Kumori - which to a delicate organic must have been devastating in and of itself - followed by a brutal strike to the head from Kumori's weapon.

A moment of pause, as Idgó took a ginger step backwards, away from the being's lifeless corpse, as it fell in the opposite direction. Saying nothing, Idgó's eyespot was a pale blue circle, eyeing the body which had breathed just moments before. It seemed surreal - was his head supposed to do that? Would organics survive without their heads intact? Surely, he'll get back up in a moment.

The collection of a thick crimson liquid around the head of the body seemed to indicate otherwise.

"...Oh."

Idgó's eyespot was now flattened on one side - in what surely must have been an expression of sudden grief, as Idgó had no other way to express it as such - as he crouched down and extended his hand, beckoning Snail into his grasp. "Friend Kumori," Idgó spoke to the fellow inorganic in a voice so opposite to his previous tone of elation that it was almost jarring, "Reasoned, could we have not between ourselves?"

He now said not much else, the thought of blaming anyone not even striking the broken Metallurgist. Shaken, Idgó turned his head from the body to Kumori, as if looking for some sort of explanation - or maybe to simply reevaluate himself.

Peeking out from his hiding place, Dorado looked toward the people on the beach. The fighting seemed to have died down. He could see bodies unmoving—so they had proven victorious. Perhaps now was the time to rejoin them. Hey, maybe if he was lucky, no one would’ve noticed his disappearance.

Lucky. Yeah, right.

Dorado left the safety of the trees and started picking his way back over the sand toward the group. He tapped his gauntleted fingers together a bit nervously. There was blood. Lots of it. He tried not to focus on it, but the smell was even more noticeable than the bright color on the white sand. What kind of psychos just attacked a group of random beachstrollers? He had little sympathy for them, though it was hard not to twitch at the sight of their wounds. Regardless, the people in his group seemed okay.

“…Is everyone alright?” Dorado asked, speaking to the group in general rather than anyone in particular. Sharp guy looked distressed and that was something he could relate to. “I’m not a doctor or anything,” he mumbled, “so I hope everyone’s okay…” Trailing off, his gaze was drawn to the man that had his rifle. Eventually he wanted it back, but now didn’t seem like the time to ask for it.

It unnerved her how efficiently she did this.

“This…” The blue in her dulled and darkened. Seeing the body in front of her made her thoughts jumble. “This is the intended purpose of mine. Enjoyable it is not, though for sake of protection, the actions that are saddening must be taken.” Her head lowered. “Apologies of countless amounts, Ally Idgó.”

Looking at the red on her blade, drops of water rolled off her face and on the metal. “Fortunate it is that allies of ours are uninjured.” Everything was troubling. “Corpses of the fallen...please aid in the burying of them. A dirtiness corrupts this sword of mine. Clean it I must, for the deeds dealt with it were of barbarians.”

Stepping away with her back turned, Kumori attempted to keep a stoic expression in some way of helping the group stay calm, herself being include. With what happened, she slipped into her native tongue and said, “丂アノ尺ノイ丂, 爪ムリ  リ中凵  尺乇丂イ 山乇レレ. ノ ム爪 丂中尺尺リ.”

That out of the way, it was time to wash her sword off. It was precious to her and had no place being used in such violent ways. Now, salt water(? was it salt water? Kumori assumed it to be, considering it was a beach, but this was an entirely different world) would be less than ideal for such. Perhaps there would be a better water source nearby?

Goose did not recoil when Petri slammed into Vanguard's head. He found it quite amusing.

Goose chortled as he regrouped with the others, "That was ****en sweet! I haven't had summoned so eager to defend themselves in ****en forever!" He picked the chunk of Lady's skull that was chopped off, "Damn!" He squatted down next to lady and poked around the wound, "Damn! He got destroyed!" Goose laughed even harder. He then went through Lady's pockets to see if he had anything.

Roach picked up the backpack and began taking out camping supplies, "Why don't we set up, uh..." Goose yelled 'damn' once more, indicating that he found something. "Why don't we set up camp?"

Snail climbed into Idgo's hand, "What a kerfuffle that was! Blech, I say, blech indeed! Such violence is unheard of in my homeworld!" He snapped at Goose who was ever so smug about the killings, "Perhaps a more appropriate reaction is in order, hmm? People have died and yet I do not see you mourning. Ech! Disgraceful!"

Goose turned to Snail. He gave a disgusted look and then got defensive, "Hey, you don't know those ***hats! You don't know what they've done to my people! You don't know what they've done to the previous summoned! I know what they've done! I've been around for those trillions of years!"

Snail waved his tentacles around, "Bah! If you are that old, you should act like it!"

Goose screamed, "**** off!" He then stormed down the coast of the lake. Roach attempted to keep him with the summoned, but Goose pushed him aside.

Roach turned and beamed nervously at the summoned, "Are we gonna... Set up camp...? I have food..."

After having taken care of Vanguard, the floating mass of molten rock that was Petri levitated from the front of Vanguard's crushed helmet. He took stock of the surroundings, listening to the conversations going on, and noticed with pleasure that he finally had a good surface to communicate with.

With that in mind, he altered his shape, lengthening into a lava rod about 1.5 inches in diameter around two feet long, with a somewhat pointed end. This glowing structure then moved over to the firmly packed sand near the water, before cooling back down to solid over the course of about a minute.

Petri then began to write out a message in neat English characters:
Greetings companions! My name is Petri. I apologize for not introducing myself earlier, but as you can see I am limited to writing since I cannot speak.

Marsh was a tinge exhausted by the events, partly because of the knight's psychological effects, but also at how much had happened in such a small dose of time. He got to see his companions show they're skills so to speak, and he could say he was pleasantly surprised. He couldn't exactly scan everything amidst the chaos, but he did notice the furry creature's fancy aerial tricks and the woman's effective weaponry. His personal favorite was probably the simple rock. It suited his ranged combat, providing harsh force and could close the gap with remarkable speed. Perhaps it could communicate in some way?

Speaking of the rock, he noticed its continued shape-shifting ability. Cooling itself from what looked like molten lava in the water source nearby before scrawling its message in the sand. He wanted to introduce himself, but he felt strange holding onto the rifle that wasn't his own.

He took a moment to tour the beach and the group's various reactions. The woman with the ice weapon and the metallic...thing seemed to have been in remorse over their actions. Kumori and...Idgó were their names, right, he heard them as they remarked to each other. Not everyone was hardened and cold-hearted to violence, he knew it first hand from civilians back home. There was no weakness in this, there's a reason a military fights to keep those that do not at peace. He wanted to remark some words of encouragement, but he was hesitant. Surely this group would not despise him, but he'd rather let Idgó work through it himself without a pressing general get nosy.

His eyes trailed to the rifle still remaining in his hands as he heard Dorado call out as he retreated from his hiding place, reflecting the alien's gaze. Marsh took a few steps towards the man, reaching the rifle out to Dorado. He gave a smile, "Thank you. The weapon was effective, and quite loud I must add. Your people are remarkable engineers. Though I must ask..." he trailed off as his face contorted into an innocent confusion, "...why do you not use such a tool yourself? Surely you are not under-equipped."

Honey sighed, and picked up the sword and shield that the copper-clad knight, Axis, had left behind when she fled. One person from the group of attackers had gotten away, not that Honey cared to kill anyone. Seeing her entire team wiped out so quickly would take an immense mental toll, and without her weapons, there was little hope of the knight standing any chance. Regardless, though, it was work to make a sword and shield, or even replace them if there were pre-made ones stockpiled somewhere, and if the group eventually left, she might return later to retrieve her arms and try again when her allies revived. “Not taking any chances,” Honey murmured, before dragging the sword along the sand towards the lake, not caring if this dulled the weapon.

“Let’s see how far this goes,” Honey said, before she dropped the shield in one hand, and grabbed the sword hilt with both. She took a step forward so that her foot went into the water, and proceeded to toss the enemy weapon as far out into the water as possible. It spun in the air and flopped down with a splash, vanishing beneath the surface. Next, she picked up the shield, “…eh, don’t know if this will go very far.” She mused, before giving the targe a similarly-strong throw. It, too, splashed down into the water.

“There we go, can’t have anyone coming back for those.” She said, before stepping away from the lake, the water that was on her foot beading up and sliding off, repelled by her coat. To her, her foot felt completely dry.

Honey could hear the varying reactions of the people around her. The knight who had appeared with the wild game earlier seemed guilty over what she had done, but understood it was necessary for self-defense. Idgo did not seem to recognize or understand the danger, and had only seen a poor way of compromise. Snail had reacted similarly, though with more anger, somehow oblivious to the predicament he himself had been in moments before.

Honey would not pretend that a bloodbath was somehow right, but in the end, she was not eager to be killed so easily. Though it may have been that Goose laughed, and reacted the way that he did, that made a touch of guilt knot up in her stomach. Honey could see no reason to laugh at this, even if Goose had been alive for ages, and it was more like some game than real life. The pain that had been inflicted was a real thing.

At the same time, Honey’s mind flashed back to earlier that day, back at the Academy, and she forced the guilt back. Cold-blooded murder, being killed in such a humiliating way, she never wanted that for herself. Their enemies had tried to kill them, and they had paid the price for it.

She walked away from the shore and saw the rock was writing something in the sand. She leaned over and inspected the words, "Greetings companions! My name is Petri. I apologize for not introducing myself earlier, but as you can see I am limited to writing since I cannot speak." She read aloud. "Well, nice to have a formal name to call you, Petri. It's sad we don't have a better circumstance for introductions, though. I hope we get along well in the future." She gave a meaningful smile at the rock, although it was clear she didn't feel like smiling. "I'm gonna go talk to Roach for a a moment, but I'll be back in a moment."

Dorado took the rifle back gingerly and switched the safety back on. For a moment he considered letting the guy keep it, but some sense of attachment quickly came over him and he slung it over one shoulder. “Well, uh,” he said in reply, “it’s kind of a long story… but to sum it up, it doesn’t work for me. Not very often, anyway.” And definitely not when I need it to. “At least you found it helpful,” he continued. “Um. I didn’t catch your name?” Or maybe he had and just forgotten. Wait a moment—did he know the name of anyone here? He glanced around to remind himself.

He still hadn’t caught Sharp-Guy’s name if he even had one. Gaseous girl was the same. The green octopus was still an octopus. Brightly-colored griffen was still a griffen. Furred woman was saying something about the flying rock being named Petri… Though it didn’t look much like a rock anymore.

Then there was Goose and Roach. Of course, he had to know the names of the two weirdos.

Roach.

Roach was saying something about setting up camp. Here? On the beach with the dead bodies and the smell of death still in the air? Was he crazy?!

Marsh thought about his answer for a moment, it didn't exactly explain much. Did it matter to him to greatly though? Not necessarily.

He was glad this Dorado wasn't throwing daggers at him, giving a slight smile, "Marsh Wonton. I'd tell you my titles but...a bit unimportant I think."

His attention was towards the rock, or rod, whatever it is. He read its message, "Good to meet you, Petri. Your combat capabilities are surprising, but effective." He said firmly with a grin.

Honey walked up to Roach, “We can set up camp, but I don’t think anyone feels comfortable doing that with these bodies here.” She gestured to the group of corpses strewn about the area, and the blood-stained sand, “On a personal level, it bothers me, too. Should we bury them, or when their revival or whatever happens, do they disappear?” Honey did wonder about this detail, otherwise you would begin to see duplicate corpses everywhere. Did the people who died in battle have to bury themselves? That was a bizarre thought. Was the landscape secretly littered with the bones of the same individuals?

“Err…actually, these guys have died here before, several times, haven’t they? Or at least, fights have happened a bunch.” Honey’s ears lowered, “You know what? I’m thinking way more about this than I probably should. I’m not actually used to fighting, or blood and death, so this whole mess is a bit….creepy for me.”

Roach glanced over at Honey, “Don’t worry about the bodies, they’ll be gone before we go to bed." He sighed, "Us natives are pretty used to this kind of thing. Some are desensitized to the point where they kill their loved ones as practical jokes. Our leader outlawed the killing of summoned, so you should be safe."

It was then that Rouhn made his appearance.

He hadn't been gone for too long- and had kept in range of the group's rather... strong scent. Though how far that range was for him none of them would know. He may or may not have been distracted a few times, but that was his nature. A curious creature, and intelligent, too. He was learning quickly about this place, though he hadn't been quick enough to help in the fight. The smell of blood from miles away had drawn him back to the group.

Leaping into sight in the middle of a powerful loping gait that many could never hope to keep up with, the Stveka entered the scene, black power armor glinting dully in the light. He was quite the impressive sight, despite his late appearance.

With a rather chilling, clicking howl, he slowed, trotting around the strewn, bloodied bodies with a strange sort of confidence. He knew all too well what fighting entailed, and it didn't bother him in the least. Seeing as the group was apparently fine, he came to a stop and calmly stood, though stayed in a rigid 'at the ready' stance, his head lifting self-assuredly. He didn't take his helmet off, nor did he attempt to speak, but he did look at Honey most obviously, as if evaluating her well being. She seemed well enough, despite the jumbled, stressed mix of emotions he felt from her. Sometimes mom felt that way too.

Petri hovered in the air as Honey inspected his writing, dipping slightly in response to her words, almost like a friendly nod. He then twirled, as if around an invisible finger, until Marsh addressed him. Pleased with the attention, he again dipped in air and zipped around somewhat at the warrior's words.
He then replied with more of his neat script in the sand "It is good to speak with both of you, Honey and Marsh. And thank you for your compliments Marsh, you definitely know what you are doing and keep a calm head, which is appreciated in combat."

It was then that he heard the approach of Rouhn, ruling out his idea of going to go look for the powerarmored being. Rouhn was interesting to Petri, wearing armor but acting like a child in mannerisms, prompting the rock to question why a child would be equipped to fight in such a manner, not to mention who was using child soldiers. Child or not however, he seemed to know what he was doing, which was good.
