I keep going to the chatbox when I see other members on the forum, but nobody actually sees me and vanishes soon after.

Occasionally = never .....

Both of you sound ridiculous. I go and sit in the chatbox for upwards of half an hour at a time, even forty-five minutes to an hour, and I see Glict and ViperaUnion are online, most often, and don't drop in. I think canis and I must be in different time zones?

Whenever I check there is no one on the forum. I gave up trying a while ago.

I think it's because I'm the only one in the time zone of being awesome

Yeah, well, I was literally in the chatbox when you posted the above message, I saw you online, and then after a couple refreshes you were offline. I'm still in the chatbox as of this post.



I don't get you people.

I'm on mobile, so chatbox doesn't work that well...
However whenever I am on my computer, which is every day of the week in the evening (except weekends), no one is ever one. And if they are, no one comes to the chatbox.

I'm usually on weekends (and Friday). There's the problem.

I wonder if this doesn't just mean we keep narrowly missing each other.

Well, Whos, Val and I were able to talk in the chatbox just earlier today.
Personally, I can be on at any time on weekends, but I'm most active around 6-10 EST on weekdays.

Well I will see about poking around the chatbox more.

I hang around mostly in the evenings. I'll probably be working on a ring-holder to replace one that got broken, so I'll be at my computer desk. I've already made the new one, but I need to paint it and coat it with glaze so that it'll be waterproof.

Glict or someone else need to post in Travellers.....

Life happens, Canis. Most of us probably don't have time to post outside the weekends. People are coming online, though. Probably just not at the same times as you.

*sigh* You know Vipera I'm quite aware of life happening, in fact I myself have been busy most of this week and been away from my computer, between the crappy weather and schoolwork and my job.
That is why I said someone needs to post, not that anyone was at fault. Although to be honest, if you can't find 15 minutes to log on and post during the week you are either super busy, or lying to yourself (probably the latter).

And yes I'm also aware that people aren't coming on the same time as me. I mean seriously its not that hard to arrive at. I was just remarking how I'm sad that I don't see anyone so it's hard to talk.

I take a lot more time to write posts, Canis. Everyone is only posting small paragraphs, and mine are huge passages by comparison.

But you aren't the only person in the RP. There are multiple others who post at the speed of paint drying. In fact in this one you've been one of the speedier people (which is disturbing).
And if people are doing short paragraph posts (which is fine with me), they should be able to bust them out rather quickly in the evening or something.

I took 30 minutes to write a 4 line paragraph. ADHD is one heck of a thing.

I think there should be a a section just to throw around roleplay ideas.

Okay, so, I need to let you guys know, I won't be posting in an RP today, and possibly not tomorrow, either. Our dog, Corbin, a standard poodle at the age of 13, suddenly came down with a severe case of acute pneumonia yesterday, and we had to put him down today. I'm past the grieving process, I'm not breaking down or crying, but it's a cold, rainy day, my parents are upset, and I just don’t think I have the energy to write anything right now. This has been a very stressful past two days for my entire household.
